How to change the date and time

In this guide we explain how to change the date and time. Windows 10 requests current date and time zone information when you install it. This means the date and time should be correct. However, if you have traveled to different time zone or the time is incorrect you can change the date and time by following the below instructions.

It is also worth noting that some programs do not work correctly if you change the date and time to an incorrect date. When saving documents, images, videos will show an incorrect timestamps if the Windows date and time is inaccurate.
